This lets you easily adjust the center of gravity of the rig as it relates to your shoulder, allowing for comfortable operation for longer periods of time. The 1/4″-20 thread on the back allow them to be stacked as needed. This can also be used in conjunction with the Side Arm Counterweight Clamp and/or the Quick Release Baseplate Counterweight Adapter.
