Description Ricoh CA-2 Overview The CA-2 Cable Remote for GR Digital IV from Ricoh is a cable remote to operate the camera shutter and auto-focus function on the Ricoh GR Digital IV digital camera. The cable is dedicated for use with the GR Digital IV camera. (For GXR, GR Digital III and II cameras use the CA-1 cable.) The cable remote is effective for long exposures and when using a tripod for night shots or macro shooting. Use it anytime that pressing the shutter button with your finger will cause even the slightest movement blur or while shooting portraits where eye contact with your subject is essential. The remote can do both half-press and full-press operations. The total length of the cable and grip is approximately 2.2 feet (67 cm).
